Heather Valley is one of more than 20 different catalogue brands operated by JD Williams & Co, with its speciality being a more classical, or traditional form of fashion but, nonetheless, still some very fashionable styles, and typically geared towards a 45 to 65 year old demographic. However, younger and older customers alike will find plenty to keep them interested at the Heather Valley website, with much of the clothes on offer being suitable across a broad range of tastes.

As per many of the other JD Williams catalogues, besides a comprehensive selection of clothing for both women and men, Heather Valley also offers a variety of lingerie, a good selection of shoes, plus regularly featured online exclusives (ie. unavailable in the Heather Valley catalogue). A wide choice of homewares is always available too, with everything from sofas and tables to crockery, cutlery, fridges and freezers along with a selection of smaller electrical appliances.

If you have ever shopped at any of the JD Williams websites, then shopping at Heather Valley should seem quite familiar, with the layout of the website much the same as the many other JDW brands. As we mention further down, you will need to create an account with Heather Valley before purchasing anything, but you do not need to purchase on credit if you don’t wish to.

You may occasionally also see the name "Woollens" used in conjunction with Heather Valley; they are, however, the same company, with "Heather Valley Woollens" being the registered company name, while "Heather Valley" is the trading title.

Of course, a free Heather Valley mail-order catalogue may also be requested from the website, and you can then choose to order via mail-order or online, but always be sure to keep an eye on the prices, because product prices online and in the catalogue (and this is true for many catalogue companies) may sometimes vary.

Heather Valley is operated by J.D. Williams & Co. Ltd. Select the following link to see other catalogues from J.D. Williams & Co. Ltd, or mail-order catalogue stores from other companies.

Heather Valley Credit Terms:
To place an order with Heather Valley, you will need to create an account. When you have created an account, subject to credit checks, you can then choose to take advantage of Heather Valley credit facilities in order to spread the cost of payment. Alternatively, you can instead pay for your purchases in full, using your credit or debit card as you place your order.

If you decide to open a credit account, then you’ll be sent an invoice every month, detailing your current balance and any new purchases, together with the mimimum balance which is due.

As with any type of credit account, it’s wise to only borrow what you know you can easily afford to repay, and to remember that, quite often, you may end up paying slightly more for goods bought on credit, than if you paid in full at the time of purchase.
