However, while all this may be mildy interesting, we're told by Littlewoods that, as of May 8th, 2008, Everyday Financial Solutions Limited was renamed to Shop Direct Group Financial Services. On saying that, for the moment at least, it doesn't seem too difficult to find all three of the names in use - but, the bottom line is that they basically all refer to the finance services provided by Littlewoods.
