We, like you, may have wondered why "£96" off cameras and phones ... why not £95 or £100? ... Well, we checked it out! In fact, although a big sign on the Great Universal website does in fact say £96, we couldn't find anything even resembling that amount. However, it was definitely worth checking out, because instead we found £224 off Olympus "E410" 10m pixel digital SLR cameras!
Indeed, right now at the Great Universal UK website, you can purchase the Olympus E410 digital SLR camera for just £415, which is a saving of £224 off the original price of £639. Not a bad deal!
In fact there are a number of really good offers in the camera section, and we have to say that, with summer fast approaching, it's an ideal time to be camera shopping. Here are a couple of other deals we discovered at Great Universal, although there's no guarantee of how long they will be available:
- JVC GR-D760 mini DV camcorder - was £279.00, now £219.00, save £60.00
- Panasonic VDR-D160EB-S digital DVD camcorder - was £345.00, now £229.00, save £116.00

But we digress; back to ladieswear. For the ladieswear offers, as with the camera offers above, and in fact all the other deals we mentioned, just click on the "April Offers" link on the Great Universal home-page and you'll find the offers right away. The clothes offers are on a whole range of items from jackets and skirts to printed vests and dresses, and there really is something for everyone. Prices, as we mentioned, are up to 50% off, although if you see an item you like we recommend you purchase right away, since there's now only a week left of these special offers.
